Painting-to-3D Model Alignment Via Discriminative Visual Elements

Open-source release of the software package for alignment of 3D models to historical and non-photographic depictions has been made publicly available. The software package implements the method of [9] for alignment of 3D models to input historical and non-photographic depictions such as paintings, drawings or engravings, where standard local feature-based method fail.
