Pour montrer la faisabilité d'un développement formel à l'aide du langage SIGNAL, une étude de cas concernant un générateur d'eau chaude sanitaire a été développée pour GDF par la société AQL (voir section 3.1.3 ). P. Bournai intervenait en assistance technique auprès d'AQL (collaboration de trois mois terminée en janvier 1996).
