Highlights of the Year

The first main novelty in 2016 is the release of our first methods and tools based on semantic web technologies. These methods enable the pre-processing of heterogeneous data prior to their integration in the toolboxes developped by the team. Methods for the transparent integration and querying of heterogeneous data (AskOmics) as well as the user-friendly tracable reconstruction of metabolic networks (PADmet package) have been developped in collaboration with our main partners (INRA Rennes, University of Chile, Station biologique de Roscoff) to facilitate the comparison of phenotypes accross several species or several strains.
