Introduction

The HIPERCOM2 team addresses the following application domains:

• military, emergency or rescue applications,

• industrial applications,

• vehicular networks,

• smart cities,

• Internet of Things.

These application domains use the four types of wireless networks:

• wireless mesh and mobile ad hoc networks,

• wireless sensor networks,

• vehicular networks,

• cognitive radio networks.
