Bohm boundary conditions

Focusing on a minimal model proposed in the late 2000's by the IRFM (Cadarache), an algorithm has been proposed to enforce at the plates the inequality $M\ge 1$, where $M$ is the parallel Mach number. The algorithm is implemented in the FBGKI code, but still requires improvements to enhance the robustness of the numerical method (see [18] ).
