Other Domains

Our combinatorial tools may be well applied to solve many other problems in various areas (transport, biology, resource allocation, chemistry, smart-grids, speleology, etc.) and we intend to collaborate with experts of these other domains.

For instance, we collaborate with EP ABS (Algorithms Biology Structure) from Sophia Antipolis on problems from Structural Biology (see Section 7.2.1.5). In the area of transportation networks, we have started a collaboration with SME Instant-System on dynamic car-pooling combined with multi-modal transportation systems. This collaboration will be strengthen in the near future with the support of an ANR project (starting January 2018).
