Functional Description: We developed a Matlab toolbox for solving the multiple-compartments Bloch-Torrey partial differential equation in 3D to simulate the water proton magnetization of a sample under the influence of diffusion-encoing magnetic field gradient pulses. We coupled the finite element spatial discretization with several ODE solvers in time that are available inside Matlab.

Result: the code will be made available on GitHub in 2019.
