Multi-criteria graph partitioning

The inclusion of multi-constraint graph partitioning algorithms in Scotch resulted in the obtainment of balanced multi-constraint partitions for a simulation software used in an industrial context [15]. This protype version is being transferred into the trunk of the Scotch package. Much of this year's software development has been devoted to the refactoring of the multi-threading management of the sequential version of the Scotch library.
