In the work  , we propose a new approach for the stabilization of nonlinear time-varying forward-complete systems with delay in the input. This approach is a new reduction model approach, which relies on operators of a new type. It presents three advantages. First, the corresponding control laws do not include distributed terms. Second, it yields closed-loop systems with positive solutions that can be easily derived. Finally, the stabilized systems possess some robustness properties (for instance of ISS type) that can be estimated.
