6TiSCH Standardization

The standardization work at 6TiSCH remains a strong federator of the work done in the team. In 2018, the working group published the specification of the 6TiSCH Operation Sublayer (6top) Protocol, RFC8480. Work is also ongoing in the fragment forwarding space, where we are working on how ot efficient forward long IPv6 packets which are fragmented to fit in short IEEE 802.15.4 frames.
