Collaborations in European Programs, Except FP7 & H2020

Alain Franc has been appointed co-chair of Working Group 4 (Data Analysis and Storage) of COST DNAqua.net (http://dnaqua.net/), at the Sarajevo meeting in Fall 2017, with the main task of developing contact with HPC and metabarcoding for serving the whole community. The goal of DNAqua-Net is to nucleate a group of researchers across disciplines with the task to identify gold-standard genomic tools and novel eco-genomic indices and metrics for routine application for biodiversity assessments and biomonitoring of European water bodies.
